These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and w333 ("w333", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the w333 website located at w333.club and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, and slot games.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the w333 Platform.

Access to and use of the w333 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy ALL of the following criteria:

w333 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of funds held in the account.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) account on the w333 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and any other information w333 reasonably requires. You agree to promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your w333 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. w333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your login information.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). w333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid government-issued ID (CNIC), proof of address, and evidence of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts where KYC has not been completed may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is satisfactory.

3.5 Account Closure. w333 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where fraudulent activity is suspected, where Terms have been breached, or where regulatory requirements mandate it.

4.1 Currency. All transactions on the w333 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). w333 does not charge currency conversion fees; the PKR balance displayed in your account is the actual amount available to you.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. w333 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. w333 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time.

4.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the w333 cashier at the time of transaction. w333 may, at its discretion, impose additional limits on individual accounts based on risk assessment or responsible gaming considerations.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the same name as the registered w333 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. w333 may require completion of KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier.

4.5 Funds Not Used for Gambling. w333 account balances are held for the purposes of funding wagers on the Platform. Accounts used purely to hold or transfer funds without genuine gaming activity may be subject to review and potential closure.

5.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on the w333 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the w333 Platform and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Settlement. Bets and games will be settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant product. w333 reserves the right to delay settlement where the outcome of an event is disputed, under investigation, or where a technical error has occurred.

5.3 Errors & Technical Issues. In the event of a manifest error (including but not limited to obviously incorrect odds, technical malfunction, or data feed failure), w333 reserves the right to void affected bets. A manifest error is defined as an error so obvious that a reasonable person would recognise it as incorrect at the time of placing the wager. Settlement based on a manifest error will not be honoured.

5.4 Cricket Betting. Cricket markets — including PSL, international matches, and bilateral series — are settled based on official scorecards and results as published by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC). In the event of match abandonment or reduction of overs, applicable cricket betting rules as displayed on the w333 Platform will determine settlement.

5.5 Live Betting. In-play bets are accepted at the Platform's discretion. w333 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice. Bets already accepted will be settled according to the outcome of the relevant event.

6.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers made available on w333 are subject to individual eligibility criteria, which are set out in the specific terms accompanying each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to registered w333 accounts that have completed the required level of KYC verification.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal from bonus funds are stated in the specific bonus terms. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.3 Abuse. w333 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it suspects or determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting game-specific wagering contribution loopholes, coordinated wagering designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any form of collusion.

6.4 Changes. w333 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted a bonus will be bound by the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the w333 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology designed to give an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players or with any third party to defraud the Platform or other players;
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or glitches — any such winnings will be void and subject to recovery;
• Match-fixing, betting on events known to be fixed, or any participation in activities designed to corrupt the outcome of sporting events;
• Money laundering — using w333 to deposit, layer, or integrate proceeds of criminal activity;
• Use of VPN, proxy servers, or other technologies to mask your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions;
• Creating additional accounts for the purpose of circumventing a self-exclusion, account suspension, or bonus restriction.

w333 is committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. The Platform offers the following responsible gaming tools accessible from within your w333 account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your w333 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

No part of the w333 Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of w333.

Game content, including casino games and sportsbook software, is licensed to w333 by its respective providers (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and others). The intellectual property rights in such game content vest in the respective provider and are subject to that provider's own terms.

10.1 w333 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. w333 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w333 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (c) any losses arising from your reliance on information or content provided on the Platform; or (d) any losses arising from a third-party payment provider's failure to process a deposit or withdrawal.

10.3 w333's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the preceding thirty (30) calendar days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by w333 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Privacy Policy.

w333 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and where required, regulatory reporting. w333 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

w333 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address or mobile number on file.
